Ms. Wu has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2004. Since 1997, she served as the Director of Finance of our wholly owned subsidiary Qufu Natural Green Engineering Co., Ltd. In 1998, Ms Wu was promoted to the position of Chief Financial officer of Qufu Natural Green. From 1992 to 1996, she was the Director of Finance for our subsidiary Shengya Veterinary Medicine Co., Ltd. (formerly Shandong Qufu Veterinary Medicine Plant).
